Our staff are trained in the care of holidaymakers and their specialised needs.  Our advertised properties and attractions are completely the responsibility of the owners and no acceptance of their standards, health requirements,etc are our responsibility - these are determined by the appropriate authorities in each State, etc. 

All prices shown are dependant on owners of the businesses and prices may alter without notice from time to time - and this is also beyond our control.

All deposits and money paid for our services or accommodation or attractions are non refundable unless at least fourteen days notice is given to us.  All listed products and service providers of Australian Holiday Booking Agency agree at time of placing their advertising on our website that they will strictly adhere to this policy.  Our providers may lose business if bookings are not honoured so we endeavour to pay all our providers in full at time of booking.  We endeavour to alter time of paid or partly paid (deposit) service or accommodation to another mutually convenient timeframe within a six month period of original booking.  This altered timeframe of service and/or accommodation must suit all parties.
